Just saying a quick hello....

Recently, I attended the 2007 Mohegan Sun Grand Prix, the show was really good this year, in fact, alot better than last year...

Saw Kevin Nee do excellent again, and saw Jesse behind the Mic...hoping you will be back next year (won't be because you didn't put in the effort if you don't beat Mariusk) That's for sure, but he's a tough competitor...

Anyways, I was most impressed with the UK strongman Darren Sadler....I have been trying to find information on him, training, etc......and can't find anything????

Anyone here have any ideas as to where I can locate this???

Anyways, nice to be here, and I'll be sure to post from time to time, thanx for the add on MySpace Kevin Nee, and Jesse!

As far as I know Darren hasn't got a website or anything like that, Not sure if he looks at this website or not but I know he has a sneaky peek at some of the forums.

What info do you want??

Thanx everyone for the welcome!!

Any info. on Darren's training would be something I would be interested in learning about...He's short, and naturally smaller framed, and he has managed to pack on massive amounts of size...so I guess I would like to see some of his routines for packing on the muscle while also gaining strength in some of the strongman lifts....

I also was looking for info. on the lightweight divisions...Maybe someone here has some of that info too?? I'd like to see what some of the average weights being lifted/used are in that division, on top of competition info, such as time, date, place, etc....

Any info. would be great!!

I'll be sure to check this forum top to bottom, the info might just be here :)

Sadler is very hard to find info on, maybe cuz he's in the UK???
