Thanks to everyone who helped me with my last project for this class. The one that I have to do now is to create a one year strength and conditioning program for an athlete. I chose to do mine on strongman. It has to have an off season, pre season, in season, and post season. Anybody have an tips on how I can set this up?
Thanks, Anthony

Check out EliteFTS and look for Steve MacD's log. I like the idea of training at least one event per day. In season would focus more on stuff done in an upcoming contest, pre-season would be more intense in the gym, less event focus I would say, post season would be doing a lot of stuff, just lighter, and off-season would be the one-event per day.

Just my 2 cents

I would say switch it up a lot. I am sure you already know that but just keep em guessing and dont keep it constant.

Here's an issue of MILO with that very thing in 1 of the articles.

I'm working out on a cycle based on that article but 4 monthes long.
Phil Pfister & Nick Osbourne's TRAIN LIKE A CHAMPION dvds are another good example to draw from. (3 month plan)

I wish I had posted on here earlier. I would have had time to order that. I would love to read it.

Thats pretty much what I have been thinking. I just have to get it all typed out.
