Conans Wheel

Just landed 60' of 2 3/8 oil field casing pipe and I'm looking to fabricate a combination conans wheel/car deadlift sim. Just wondering if anyone has dimensions for a conans wheel in terms of the length of the arm and the height of the base. I'm guessing the length of the arm should be 12-16 ft and the height of the base about 38-44". Does this sound about right?

Thanks Dane and Marcelo. Marcelo, I'd definitely appreciate it. I should be full-go for training in about 3 weeks, just trying to get some equipment together while I'm messing around with getting this hand better.
