lol...it opened up in windows media player, the guy was pinchin 2 25's w/ index and thumb (for the most part), and handing ti back and forth between his left and right hands....

well this raises the semantical point of whether a thumb does in fact constitute a finger. Semantics are fun :M:

Elliot there is a lot of good stuff on the various corners of cyberpump. Some crap too, just like anywhere else.

That was stephan Straub, remember hearing a lot about him when I first started doing .grip stuff. Havent head much of him recently, was a younger guy

The thumb is a finger.

Let me school you to some finger.

The first finger is called the thumb

The secod finger is called the index.

The third finger is called the MIDDLE!!! You can't have a middle with 4 fingers.

The fourth finger is called the ring.

The fifth finger is called the pinky.


No semantics. Just one finger raised for me and zero for you.

good point, but from merriam webster

finger - a digit of the forelimb; especially : one other than the thumb

apparently the thumb is a digit but not a finger ;)

In anatomical/kineasiological terms the thumb is not a "finger" as the "fingers" are.

That is by far not the most impressive pinch feat on there. I like the one of David Horne pinching 132 with one hand better

haha yeh it sounds like extreme gayness, no idea why its called that, but theres some awesome videos an pictures on there of some great feats - double inch farmers walks, #4's being crushed, 2 45's being tossed from hand to hand, rafter pull ups an tons more

1st seen a pic of chris james on there doing what looks to be a thickbar grip lockout with some monster weight of well over a grand - hes a strong dude full stop, doesn't seem to have any weak point, but his grip is most likely the cloest thing to a vice a human has had to date >hes pulling 260 or 275kg on a oly bar with one hand, did 400kg rack pull from the knee with a DO grip no hook the other week, one hand cleaning the inch bell for sets of 5 an wrist curling it for reps too, an i think theres a pic of him deadlifting 240kg on a 2in thickbar with a DO grip >im glad i checked it out, gave me a ton of motivation
