I'm currently trying to follow in Jesse's footsteps and eat my 2lbs of grass fed beef a day. I've been making muscle meatloaf every day or two and although its really good man cannot live on meatloaf alone. I was wondering if some of you out there have any good recipes for ground beef.

Theres loads of stuff you could make with grassland ground, like lasagne, chilli, spaghetti bolognese, ravioli, ground beef in onion & garlic gravy with mashed potatoes, burritos, burger pate's (You could make some awesome ground beef burger pates with onion and garlic and a load of salad) curried beef (if you like indian food), ground beef and potatoe pie, ground beef grill steaks.....loads and loads and its making me hungry ;)

you got that right bro! Nothing beats a grassland beef taco! Callie's been making me all sorts of mad grub. I'm going to come into worlds pretty heavy I think. Fatter than I want to be because I've been hitting the carbs pretty heavily. But even at a higher than normal bodyweight I feel awesome and fit. I beleive atribute this to grassland beef.

Check out http://www.johnberardi.com I think he has his "body builder" chili in there, which is a TON of protein if I'm not mistaken. He also has a gourmet nutrition book up. I haven't read it yet, but there seems to be a lot of people that like it.

Bulking Breakfast:
Brown ground beef, onion (chopped) and a handfull of mushrooms in a pan. Drain fat/water and throw back in pan. Throw in 3-4 whole eggs and scramble until almost done. Melt a little mexican cheese on the top. Remove and add salsa.

Cutting Breakfast:
Same as above except I weigh out everything to fit what ever prot/cal content I'm looking for and use 97% fatfree beef, 1/2 carton egg whites and lowfat cheese.

I do something similar to this, but I wrap it all up in a tortilla and top it off with some sour cream and a touch of salsa. If I'm feeling really adventurous, I'll substitute ground lamb.
