Hey Shawn, I am definitely ready for the weekend at the Gus. Your boy Eric put me through the gauntlet last Sunday, wish you had been there to take some of the abuse. It was a great workout, sure am glad I have ran into you two, much better than working out alone. Sounds like you had a pretty good compettion last weekend, that is great. I'll see you in Cameron.

Shawn, I need to talk to you and Eric some more about maybe switching my workouts to incorporate some Olympic type lifting rather than the all-powerlifting type I do now. I'll probably keep some of the powerlifting stuff and mix some Olympic in. Hopefully can train strongman year-round now with you and Eric.
