Chief Iron Bear

Big Chief Iron Bear was in my neck of the woods last week. He was here doing some charity work and represented my boys from the Kayo Boxing Club in Chatham, On. He pulled a big truck to raise awareness for diabetes and addictions.

We talked for hours, had supper and he told me lots of stories and gave a ton of advice.

I'll be heading down to North Carolina soon for a week to train with the Chief!!!!

He's still as strong as an ox at 48 and 365lbs.

Let me know when you are coming, maybe we can get you down to the beach for some strongman training as well - if you are interested. It's only 2 hours from Pembrooke, NC. One of the Chief's athletes will be training with us down there as well from time to time.

Man that is a face i haven't seen in a while.

I remember watching him on ESPN years ago. I remember he was super strong, however, I can remember the announcer commenting that his size would be a big disadvantage in the hanging event. (hanging over a pool for time)
