Hi my name is jon hergert. Been lurking here for some time and finally got my butt in gear to register. I'm 5-9", 220 ish been competing in strongman little over a year. Train in SoCal with the Freak Factory.

Haven't fully decided on Nationals yet. A lot of that depends on if I get my act together at Utah this Saturday. That would normally be a pretty good contest for me however at the this time I am pretty busted up. Just got to hold my disks together for 5 little events then i can give them a break. :BB:

Phoenix was an awesomely fun contest which almost made up for my poor performance there. For a little gold show, there were a lot of guys there with a lot of talent, including yourself that really made it much more competitive than I was expecting.

I live in Yorba Linda and train in my garage during the week and at the Freak Factory in Downey on Saturdays. I am 220 lbs could stand to be a little leaner, 37 years old. Little shy about posting pr's. I train pretty seriously, have great people to school me, and have a some talent so my numbers are respectable but a lot less than Jesse's :) . The freak factory website has a bunch of pictures if you are interested.
