egg whties are easily absorbed!! Cant tell you a minute time, but they ae quick...

Grass fed beef naturally has less fat (b.c the cows exercise all day grazing) they have a higher quality of protein. Let me look for a article to post!!

I don't think there is any difference in the protein between grass fed and grain fed beef but there is certainly a difference in the fat and the chemical substances.

Most producers of grass fed beef don't use any sort of growth enhancing steroids in there cattle. Pretty much all grain fed beef is going to have some growth stimulant. Levels are pretty small, eating grain fed beef for a lifetime will get you about the same dosage as what a IBF bodybuilding pro gets in a couple of days.

Biggest difference between grass fed and grain fed beef is the fat. Grain fed cattle consume a diet high in starches and have a messed up fatty acid profile. Too much Omega 6 and not enough Omega 3 as I recall. Grass fed cattle consume a diet high in non structured carbohydrates and have a much better level of Omega 3 fatty acids, actually better than good oily fish like tuna and without the mercury.
