I think Dave already had a pro win too, he won a World Strongman Cup meet up in Canada a couple of years ago i think, either way awsome job Dave.

This is also the first time Dave has beat Karl in a competition. Dave really seems to have hit a whole nother gear. I was up at Jackal's doing some training up there about a month and a half ago and so was Dave. I'm not saying that my working out with him in the same facility once and his HUGE win at muscle beach are related, but once could make the connection :T:

Congrats Dave! I'm seeing many more pro wins in your near future. Anyone who has not seen Dave Ostlund for a while may not be able to fully understand how much thicker he has gotten recently. Can't wait for this years WSM!
