Is their anyone in Canada that trains? I am at Williams lake and would love to find someone close to workout with. I will be bella coola for a couple days and then return to Williams lake soon after. I am working out at Ali Huston's place now. Open to any ideas.

I just googled 'Williams lake' and that's in BC: 3k Miles to the west! If you ever DO make the detour, I'll make sure Hugo will be there to make it worth your while!

There are a ton of guys out of Kelowna, Victoria and such that are training. Robin Wright is guy in BC to be talking to about training on the West Coast.

My advice... go to bceaa.org and check it out. That is the BC web page for strongman.

I actually stayed in Chilko Lake about five hour drive from williams lake. I went fishing in Bella Coola and stayed at a cannary turned B&B for a few days. The computer in Chilko Lake had been out for the duration of my trip. We had a problem with the generator (our only source of electricity). I ended up working out in Alli Hustons gym. It was a cute little cabin filled with the basics. Thanks for the awesome response guys! I wish I had a way to check this while I was over there. Anyways I am only home for a couple days. I am headed to Marin county California!

Stu- Thanks man. I did not have cell phone service out there. We were about two hours from the closest gas station/ grocery store etc. I traveled by ATV mostly.

Yea it took me 45 minutes to get that sucker! 65lbs. Lots of great crab fishing as well. It was fun. We saw about 9 killer whales. Hey hit me up. I am home until wed.
