DHEA is a supplement you can get in any health food store and will do exactly what you are looking for. Really cheap too.

How low is your level? Mine was in the low 300's. If it's that low, you might want to ask for a prescription for Androgel or similar. The difference in my normal mood/perception of things alone is amazing. No side effects for me so far. Also get your pituitary & hypothalmus checked out for abnormalities.

Being 35+, I tried 7-Keto DHEA just for this reason. I definately had an increase in agression and anger (towards anyone and anything) but didn't notice any improvements in the gym, so I stopped and the anger/agression went away.

DHEA = all the side effects of the more potent performance aids with none of the benefits.

ZMA- zinc magnesium and b-6 is said to increase testosterone a bit but it definatly helps me sleep. I would reccommend buying them at wal-mart individually because it is about a 1/4th of the price of buying it together. They sell a zinc magnesium calcium supplement- i say in an article on t-nation that calcuim can interfer with the magnesium being absorbed
I would stay away from the DHEA- it was used as a prescription drug and it was banned by the FDA in the late 70's because of the side effects and when the ban was up some how it slipped through the cracks to be an OTC supplement.

Clay has such low test levels that he needs frequent operations to drain the liquid from his ever blossoming breasts. Clearly, the surgeries are a lost cause.
His weight loss attempts are also somewhat equivalent to throwing a deck chair off the Titanic.

Dan has oddly high test levels. In fact, he gets a mysterious chubby in his shorts whenever he walks by an Abercrombie and Fitch store in the mall

Look into tribulus terrestris, Jamie. Should be sold OTC in any place like Popeye's supplements. However, after about 8-10 days it's been reported that your test levels will return to close to normal ranges because your body is searching for homeostasis. Look into a "trib stack", that should also come with OTC anti-estrogens. As said, your body will look to reach homeostasis. Meaning that when your test levels increase, so will your estrogen levels.
Zinc, Magnesium, and Vitamin B12 complexes (buy the separately and save your money) are great for also increasing natural test levels. If you want the convenience of only one pill, take ZMA. It's the same thing. Should help you sleep and get more out of your rest times as well.
Increase your healthy fat intake. Lots of vegetable fats, olive oil, and fish oils. Might help a bit.
Or just shake Dan's hand when he comes up for Saanich. I'm hoping to strangle him like Maddox and get a super-huge test boost.

Oh man, I never told the story of that... when I got the pic with him, I'm like, "dude, choke me, it'll be great!" He's like, "okay" and put his hands limply onmy neck. I was like, "COME ONE MAN, GIVE IT SOME MUSCLE!!!" He then choked the crap outta me... felt like my eyes were gonna pop out of my skull!!! REAL ULTIMATE POWER

Tribulus from Ultimate Nutrition is a good, inexpensive product. It works better for me and my friends than any of the more expensive bottles.
Pop 8 a day and you'll have big, swollen nuts in no time.
Also, don't limit your saturated fat content - eat some thick juicy burgers and down whole milk - you'll be saluting in no time.

maybe look into 6-oxo which I beleve is a aromatase inhibitor, Aromatse being the enzyme that coverts testosterone into estrongen and estrogen varibles (estridol)

Zinc will work in a moderate dosage...
There are plenty of OTC test boosters that will do the trick...If you are very low, follow what these guys said, get an endocronologist, and get on HRT
