Anyone in AZ?

Been considering a move to AZ. Wondering if anyone lives near lake havasu and if not any suggestions on location price etc.....

I was considering a move to AZ as well. I am getting sick on NYC and the east coast.

I am out in Arizona, specifically the North Phoenix area. If you're looking into moving out here I'd consider the outskirt cities if you want a good buy. Surprise, Sun City, some areas of Glendale are developing fast and you can get a good sized house for a good price, and they aren't too far from Phoenix. Gilbert is another option if you have the money, this city is actually the fastest growing in the country right now. Maricopa County is the fastest growing in the nation, so the real estate market out here is unbelievable. Houses are appreciating in value extremely fast. I might sell my house after a little over a year, we might be able to get $100K more than we bought for.

One thing you need to be prepared for is the heat. It's been over 110 degrees every single day for the last month. I don't mind it at all, but some people can't stand that.
