Can I start posting my training log on here? I don't see anyone else putting it on here. I just want to start keeping mine posted to keep myself motivated. I'm thinking if I put it on here, I will be less likely to start slacking as I would be embarrassed if people were following my training. Derek, Van, Nick, Steve, Myself, and Matt are going to World's, and I want to make sure I am ready for battle as I know these guys will. I've started my training after taking it easy for a few weeks. I screwed up my back on the yoke at ASM. I don't think it is too serious, hopefully. It's still a little stiff and sore, but I'm going to ease back into training and build my strength up like never before. My goal is to compete somewhere between 350 and 370, but more conditioned!

Please do Tom...
I personally would like to see how the pro's train. I don't understand why most keep it a secret.

Hopefully if you post your's Tom, more pro's would follow suit! I, for one would love to see what you throw around and the frequency!

No, you can't, because just reading it will make us all feel weak and pathetic!
