Hey guys Ive been reading this board for a couple of years now and finally registered. Iam a 31 year old autoworker from the detroit area and have been lifting on and off for 16 years. Ive been consistent for two years now and will be doing my first strongman contest July 21, The Great lakes FXM contest.

Thanks Jared, right now Im training at Fenton PH because its close to my house. My plant is shut down the first three weeks of July and Ill have to make it out there. Buy the way I became interested in strongman after seeing the contest you put on in warren in 2005.
