I never saw this post before so i think ill throw some of mine in there....
When i weighed 275
bench 425
dead's 600
smith machine sitting military press... 3 plates and a 35 on each side.
Very limited strongman exp. did one contest, my first time using the equipment in 04... Didnt do well cuz i didnt have any practice. Did complete the medley, 650 tirex3 keg carry, 500 lb anchor drag....
NOW.... after about a 100 pound weight loss i started doing some heavy lifting again to gain mass. my goal is to compete in the 231 and under class and hopefully in 2 years win my states championship.
bench.... i dont really know havent maxed out or anything, did set up the safety pins on my rack so that the bar ly's dead on my chest and i put up 315.... but i would expect more under normal conditions..
deadlift... 525 straps
for a bit i was doing farmers dead's and i got 600 with straps though
dont really have to much else to brag about, need alot of work.... Over all i need to get stronger and i need much more practice with the equipment, i also need a better grip
