The inch isn't something you want to do all the time. Its a pretty dangerous deal and beats the heck out of your shoulders. Tried it yesterday for the first time. Wade has two of them and is letting me borrow this one for a couple of weeks. I've already been warned if I break it I buy it! I'm not sure that thing can be broken though! Good luck at Fit Expo.
