Magnus Ver lays out the motivation, while Pat "The Human Vice" Povilaitis wow's the crowd as my boys from the Villanova University Football squad look on with amazement, shortly before the Liberty Strongman Classic.

Kara we all wish you could have been there, these guys would love you. My plan for next time is to have you and Callie show up and outlift half the team. Some real motivation. Callie, the Conn Super Series will be a great show, also not to far away from where I live now, I hope to make it out. Kara, hope all is well w/your knee. Callie, see you all soon.

Hey, guys.
These girls could teach those players a thing or two about strength!!!
Kara, I love the pic of you on the cover of the new House of Pain catalogue.
Callie, can't wait to see you again in just a couple of days. Hope all is well.
Reg, I just wanted to say how awesome it was to meet you and your beautiful wife in Philly. Geoff and I really enjoyed chatting with you two.
And yes, you are right about motivation. The night before the comp when I was training in the gym, I was done log presses and my shoulders were burnt. Magnus gave me some hints and I have to do a whole other set just to try them out.
How can you pass up that opportunity?

Stevey P!!! The next step is for us to pull you out of retirement, the come-back kid! Your a Philly native bro. You've got to ask yourself, what would Rocky do?
Amanda, thanks for the good word. We have never been to SC, I should load up and come down to train/hangout for a weekend. Let me know.

I have no idea what this icon means, but it's incredibly amusing.

I mean no more strongman comebacks Dave, i'm still down with the kilt though.
If Reggie gets the invite I'll be going up as his coach....we're still waiting to hear. He made an unbelievably easy 412lbs in the log last night, he is on a tear. C'mon Odd, let Reggie have a shot.
Will you be up there?

Thinking about going up. Inferior as strongman guys are to us highland dudes, I kinda feel obligated to support their silly little competitions.
