Hey Guys and Gals,
I was going to purchase the Rehband Elbow Support for $25.95 from jackalsgym and I was wondering how do I measure my arm to get a nice and snug fit. Circumference of the elbow, bent, not bent, and since I will have it riding on top of my bicep, should I factor that in as well flexed not flexed?
