Took me forever to finally SEE this thread, but welcome! So now we're THREE on here training for WTF.

You should start a training journal also!

What's your training background? Have you ever competed before? NOt necessarily in this type of event, but maybe figure? strength? fitness? Or are you a competition virgin like me?

As for tips on training and diet, the best I can offer up from the camp is the stuff the coach gave me to do (you can see on my journal when I post my workouts).

The diet stuff, I'm actually going to be working with a nutritionist to help me out with that a little bit, because all my experience with diet has never been geared toward this type of training/sport, and more toward just hypertrophy or weight loss.

Since I keep thinking I'd like to at least give the grace & physique round a shot, I want to devise a diet that gives me energy but still allows me to lean down/preserve muscle so I can look decent in a bikini and heels. ;)

Anyway... 'nuff about me.. WELCOME! And good luck! Train hard!

Thanks for the Welcome Ivonne! I am also a competition virgin!! I have always loved lifting weights and that's about all i've done for the past couple years. But after I saw Callies WTF video, I had to try it out!I'll read up on your training journal and maybe start my own. Callie is helping me out with my training right now...I ran sprints with her last week and it was tough!! Im going to try and train with her again sometime this week. (My boyfriend is her brother-in-law). Keep up the hard work!!
