I know that our physical fitness requirements take up a lot of time, but we all have to have something else. A hobby, a passion or other that finds our time whether we have it or not.
Here are two of mine, I just love things with motors.

The Stang is a work in progress, I've shown it twice now, still have a lot to do before she is truly show ready but hey, can't hurt trying. Took second this past spring at the North Olympic Mustangs Spring Show N' Shine.

My wife and I both have bikes. There is nothing like riding the wind.
Please share a little inside view of what makes you who you are.

Hunting and fishing when I have time (Woohoo, get to put a hurtin' on the sharks in 2 weeks!). Most of my time is spent with my family though.

make your stang black and that's mine. Saved up money for performance improvements. Just waiting for my buddy to get his parts ready for consumption. Hoping to get it deep into the twelves before I graduate. After I graduate? 6.1L bored and stroked mod motor all motor/nitrous.
I read and write a whole ton. Anything from politics to science to fiction. I love it.

I play poker and chess, and I read a lot.
I didn't do much of the required reading in high school, so I have been working through this list recently. "Time magazine's 100 greatest novels since 1923"

But my hobbies are spending time with my wife and kids, reading, and drinking cold beer.

hahahaha, for a second there I thought you said "cramping" as one of your hobbies. I was like, "crap, me too!"
After work every day, I lay on the floor and watch a few hours of Law and Order. EVERY DAY. It's an important time for me to physically relax and stare at Casey Novak. I don't have other hobbies other than hanging out with my family in the OC every other weekend or so and tormenting my friend Kyle. I also spend a fair amount of time thinking of ways to make Clay Edgin angry. I also enjoy scratching myself and lighting my farts. I keep a lighter next to my bed. Think I'm kidding? Come over.

I volunteer with a couple of non-profits that help injured soldiers. I love taking pictures (some of you know that!). I enjoy cooking. I get to the shooting range as often as possible and I love traveling and seeing the world. Oh and I must say I love UFC and IFL!

Lately its spending time with the Fiance. I enjoy reading and writing and I am perty derned good at both of 'em. But most of my reading or writing these days would be related to heavy stuff so I don't know if that counts.

I might as well add to this. I work a ton and don't have much time for anything else. We work about 14 hours a day on a 3-2-2-3 schedule, which means I work for 3, off 2, on 2, off 3. I am also on night shift so anything I do has to be open 24hrs and in Germany that is.... nothing. I do like walking my dogs and watching movies when I have the time.

What time I have that isn't spent in front of a computer or with my nose in a book (grad school is known for that) I spend with this person. If there's any time after that, I lift stuff.

Training aside (when I'm not injured or out with some stuid physical ailment...), I spend a crapload of time running my businesses, and when I'm not doing that I'm probably out having a good dinner and a beer, watching splatter movies, buying way too many CDs online, going for a walk, playing something stupid on my Nintendo DS or just wasting time on the computer. My wife is usually involved in most of the above listed things, except for the DS game time, when she complains that I become an absentee husband for a few days when I start playing something new :D
I suppose that my new hobby will be when I attemt to learn how to DJ in the near future - I bought a ton of vinyl over the past year but still haven't bought my turntable setup yet. Saving that for late fall so I don't find another reason to trap myself indoors any more than I already do during the warm months.

I love to go deer hunting every fall with my dad. This is our father son bonding time that we have done every year since I was 16 years old. Besides that and lifting I spend all my spare time with these two!

I like to spend time with my girl. I play guitar in a band and that has been taking up quite a bit of my free time lately. Any other musicians. I like to ride quads, but I am about to sell mine due to lack of time to ride it.

In my spare time, which I have very little, I like to tinker with my Dodge Ram SRT-10. For those none vehcile inclined, its a regular cab Dodge Ram truck with the Dodge Viper 505 cubic in V-10 under the hood. From the factory it produces 505 hp and 525 ft lbs of torque. I have a few engine mods that push the truck to just shy of 600 hp and about 600 lb ft of torque. Here's some video of it at the track.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bRRYI38O0Hk in this video I had a horrible start and accidentally let up at the 1000 foot mark instead of the 1/4 mile but the burnout was cool as hell.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y6vIlT3Xyf4 again a horrible launch but still managed a 13.5 1/4 mile time. The truck is good for high 12's but its hard to get all that power to the rear wheels! Especially when someone videoing me!!

I spend most of my spare time hanging out with my wife Kim, she has been my best friend for the last 16 years, and we do almost everything together. She even entered a powerlifting meet back in '95.
Our favorite time of year is almost here- COLLEGE FOOTBALL SEASON!!!!
I am a lifelong third generation fan of the greatest football team to ever play the game.
THE ALABAMA CRIMSON TIDE
O K before everyone starts with the "what have you done lately" speech, i know we've had a bit of a rough go lately, but better days are just around the corner.
Anyway, all of our fall Saturdays are spent in front of the TV, except when we can get tickets. I am so fortunate to have a wife who enjoys football almost as much as me.

That sounds truly awesome. If I wasn't on a mission to be a great musician in college and then got obsessed with strongman, I would have loved to be a Volcanologist. Either that or a tornado chaser/meteorologist.

I pretty much spend all of my free time trying to hang out with my friends, especially since everyone seems to be parting ways at a rapid pace. Other than that I have been starting training for a sport (if you can call it that) called parkour, its fun as hell. And then I go to church softball, write movie scripts and other such things.

Most of my time is spent doing side by side comparissons of Chris Mathison's photo and Matt Brouse's.
I like to spend my days in one of two parts
1) Napping or sleeping
2) Being hyper
My main past time is playing poker. I do this for a second income so I spend a great deal of time enhancing my game. Fortunately, a lot of this can be done while I am on the toilet. It is great to kill two, maybe three birds with one...stone.
I would like to spend more time/money repairing my '89 Mustang GT. I got started and then got to playing poker, lifting, working, having a family and haven't had much time for the whip.

So what are you all sorts of crazy? Parkour and strongman? Any benefits that carry over? (Other than the coolness factor?)

When I am not cutting hair and working out, I spend time with my 2 boys and wife. I ride my atv ( grizzly 660), and show or race my 68 firebird ( 407ci and 450 hp). Then i play softball 2 nights a week.
If I get all that in, then I sleep. I to am a big fan of napping!!

Good lord!!!!
That thing must be huuuuge!
My cousins won a 500 in a raffle one time, and it gets to ~50 w/ a governer!
Adding to what I said earleir-
I'll soon be the proud owner of a '65 mustang :D ...Itr's a baby bluish, but I'll have to get the p[aint restored to an original color...other than that, it's almost all there...chrome window lining, AM radio, automatic on the floor...
It's pretty nice...pretty nice indeed...I'll get pics w/ it once the owners sign off the title and everything.
