Today, Chris drove out from Poulsbo, about 1.25 hours away, to do massages at my gym. We had a pretty heavy schedule for him but he pulled it off perfectly. I can't imagine giving 1 massage for approx 30 minutes let alone 9! I felt bad, he never really got a break, maybe 5 minutes here or there but overall it was none stop. Only breaks for Gatorade, tuna-O.J. shake and water. The man is a machine! Everyone seemed very pleased with his performance and I was definitely impressed with his professionalism. IN the few minutes we actually had to talk, I found out we lived in the same town in Massachusetts, which is on the other coast from where we live now. Small world. Anyway, Chris, thank you so very much for coming all this way and enduring a marathon of massages. (Chris said the school tells him 5 a day is the max, boy were they wrong!)

Spencer, I would of volunteer to if I lived closer. I'm glad the massages went well.

Your welcome.
Chris

Is that all you have to say? This guy raved about you for a whole paragraph and all you can say is YOUR WELCOME... How about thank you for allowing me to utilize you as a tool for my education...
and by the way... it's You're welcome. Not your welcome. You're short for You are. Your is a possessive as if to say the welcome belongs to you. :EB:

Where is my coffee?

Gatorade, tuna-O.J. shake and water.
That sounds gross, couldn't you just drink and eat all that seperately instead of making it into a shake?

Try it. It's really good. At first I thought man this is going to be really gross. But hey man you never know until you try it.

Haha, I know the sound of the shakes is really gross but I'm telling you, try it, then judge. My only hint is to make it 3 cups OJ to 2 cans of tuna instead of the 2 cups to 2 cans. 65 grams of protein in one shot. I eat tuna every day so a change in how it is prepared is nice. This is easy and fast.
Oh well, thanks again Chris.

Spencer,
If you are still interested in setting another free massage day, we can make plans for another saturday. I will bring some other massage students
