Its gets pretty hot up here but I'm coming up on my first winter in the garage...50 below...I'm sure 95 wont sound SO bad at that point.
Drink fluids. Like beer.

Well I don't know exactly how hot it is here in the DFW area, but the weather add-on I got on firefox says its about 104. With the humidity I'm sure it feels a lot worse. I don't even want to imagine what it feels like in my unairconditioned closed-off garage. Makes me a little worried that it still might be in the high 80's-low 90's by the time I work out later tonight.

On warm days my training tent sits at 45 Celsius, or around 110F, I think. It's actually cooler outside in the sun! :P

It's been a blistering 64 degrees farenheit up here in Sequim

Today wasn't too bad, temperature-wise, but after one event it started pouring and lightning-ing. :(
It has been in the upper 90s with swamp humidity for the last weeks or so.

Our thermometer has been reading 103-5 under the carport. My sister just built a house and had a lot of sheetrock left over. They gave it to me, along with two window unit ACs, so I my weightroom should feel nice soon. Been workin out in there since 98 with no AC.

Well on sat I did 5x5 superset bench press and weighted pullups.
300 on the bench for 5x5 I got only 22 out of 25 reps for the workout.
and bodyweight (210) + 70lbs for 5x5
Today I did double tri sets method for bi's and tri's from Poliquins book Winning the arms race.
Oh yeah, I did it in the air conditioning of Gold's Gym

today was pretty pathetic. It happens. Training outside in 100+ weather is fun. Especially since the BB and weights were so hot I blistered getting a 45 onto the bar. Great fun.

Today I did some "speed" deadlifts at a lowish weight. They were faster than my last session of "speed" deadlifts; I might even take away the quotes soon. I also did them with 35 lb plates instead of 45 to help me off the bottom. On the down side, I tore callouses on both hands which hasn't happened in a long time. I think it was the DOH grip I was using.

I got up early Friday morning and hit the YMCA for cleans, front squats, chins, and snatch pulls. Friday evening did event training with Patrick Mcguffin for the first time since May. I scored a beautiful 700lb. tire earlier that day so we can do tire flips now. Saturday morning trained at OSU for Oly lifting for 2 hours. Good times man.

Feels like was around 105 down here, but I got to train in the AC Saturday at OPTI gym in Sarasota... it was probably around 80 inside there. Snatched 90, cleaned 125, squatted 190 for 2 reps.
Tonight I'll be training in a hot garage, as I do every monday for snatches. It was tolerable earlier today, so we'll see.

Carried 670lbs on my yoke for 50' in the heat on Sunday afternoon.
I was slow as molasses but pretty stable, so a good PR for me.
