to diffrent hieght platforms
and no Tacky at all.

Grip work
curled 45 lb. plates with
finger tips
45 lb.-4 x 20

this is the start of my writing and the progress will come much faster now that I am tracking it. :EP:

Ok today was not a normal training day. :eek:
i trained with a good friend named Paul.
We did as follows

Tire-Coans-Yoke Medley

600 lb. flipped 3 times
620 lb. Coans wheel one lap
680 lb. yoke

We did this medley twice in a row. Talk about cardio OMG.

Log press
170 lb. 1 x 10

Ran the stones agian
no tacky.

160 x 1
225 x 1
255 x 1
285 x 1

It was a good day and had a lot of funn.

Log press
220 lb. x 1 clean
220 lb. x 7 press
I have trained the log way to much I am going to change to the axle for a while. :disgust:

Farmers
240 lb. x 1 x 50 feet
290 lb. x 1 x 50 feet

Yoke ( Yes again )
740 lb. x 1 x 50 feet

Tire
620 lb. x 2 x 6 flips

It was a good day after my crapy day at my comp. in New London. :EP:

Vicking Press
230lb. 1 x 10
275lb. 1 x 10
320lb. 2 x 5

Lat pulls
9 sets ending at 225lb.
Just started to do these and I am really liking them alot.

Lat rows
4 sets ending at 255lb.

It felt good not pressing the log tonight. Can not wait till Wed. I am going to get some axle work in. :EP:

That is some hard s***t on a floor.

Stones
All to the same height platform.
185lb. x 1
240lb. x 1
240lb. x 1
275lb. x 1
295lb. x 0 Had nothing left in my hips.
340lb. x 2 Laped :KD:
But here is the kicker I lapped the 340lb. stone twice after a break.
I have never really got the stone off the ground till today and I can not wait to pop it up all the way. :EP:

used an Apollen Axle. It felt good.

165lb. x 20
250lb. x 10

I am feeling realy good for sat. I just need to keep eating. :EP:

Keep training Bro. Your getting better and better. My back isnt looking good at all. I have to go in for a MRI on Tuesday. Looking real doubtful if I will be able to compete on Saturday. Hurts just to sit or stand at the present time.
