Oct 22 2005. In the new training hall at my house (pesotum, IL). The BBB will have 7 events to test overall hand strength.

Plate Hula - 2 25's slick side out around the body for reps.
Scale wt lift & hold. 2 50lb scale weights in each hand laying top to top pick up & hold for time.
