Tuesday Aug.9th

Wide Stance Squats- warm up with 95x12
1. 120x10
2. 135x10
3. 145x8

Dead Lift
1. 95x10
2. 120x10
3. 130x10

Leg Press-after each press I did a set of calves with same weight/reps
1. 140x10
2. 180x12
3. 230x10

Legs were tired after all the weight training, but I still did 200 walking lunges back and forth across the b-ball courts...my legs were pumped!

Ab work: 10 minutes and then stretched!

Incline Press-
1. 60lbs x 10
2. 65lbs x 10
3. 70lbs x 8
I am not able to do much weight on these yet because I don't have a spotter, but next week everyone will be back for school and I'll have a workout buddie!! Yay!

Dips- 3 sets of 10- unassisted

Side Raises- 3 sets of 10 with 12lb weights each side

Rotater cuff work

Bent over rope pulls for tri work
1. 50lbs x 10
2. same
3. 60lbs x 7

Abs 10-15 min.

*Good workout but I think I could have pushed myself harder...Can't wait till I have my workout buddies back to push me and spot me for more weight!
