Those aren't squat stands - their commonly known as jerk blocks... very useful for taking the brunt of dropping weight from overhead instead of dropping the bar on your shoulders rep after rep.

We have a pair we put together at my other gym. Ours are 4x4 planks supporting a top of 4x4's and framed out with 2x6's as the cross braces. It's rock solid, I've dumped 140kg on it from overhead. They are 42" tall.

O yea, Sorry, I didn't watch the video fully. I thought it was squat racks. I'll email you guys the plans anyway, maybe you will use them one day.
