Hey guys and gals, I just tried a new protein powder yesterday... it was Beverly's ultimate muscle protein. Cookies and cream flav... it tastes great.. almost like a cookies and cream shake. It's kind of expensive.. but worth it if you are tired of drinking the same ole shiott
