Favorite? T-bone steaks. But I can't aford to eat them all the time. Also any red meat really. I love scallops and shrimp too. Oh ya pork tenderloin and rottiserie chicken.
Least favorite, I refuse to touch cottage cheese. I ate way to much of it at tech school five years ago for eight months, and I have never been the same.

It's called 4 season vegetable and it is a chinese green bean dish. It's delicious.
I love prime rib with some horseradish sauce. There is a local place that has all you can eat prime rib on sundays for 19.95 and the prime rib is EXCELLENT! Far better than black angus. (it's funny because one year ago i never really liked steak, i'd rather just eat cheeseburgers)
Ginger+green onion beef is really good too, along with some beef i don't know the english name for.
BBQ'd octopus tentacles are really good too.

My fav would have to be a big combo of sushi and shashimi and maki rolls. A close second would be a giant ribeye at smith and wilinski's in vegas (i've been to the s+w in boston and it sucked).
Least fav=celery

I'm with Dane. My favorite is eel with avacado, but all sushi is good.

My favorite food is the walleye that I catch. I can cook a pretty mean pheasant or duck stew, too.
My least favorite is oatmeal. I know it's good for me and all, but I just have a tough time forcing that slop down my gullet.

Ben, I'm not a fan of "eating" oatmeal either. That's why I "drink" it. Just throw 1/2 to 1 cup of dry oats in the blender with your shake. I always get at least 2 cups a day this way.

i used to love oatmeal..now i can't stand it. I also don't cook it now either...cause cooking it makes it too "filling" in my stomach...so i just eat it raw with a bit of milk

I've heard that suggtestion several times before, but have never tried it. Does it go down easily or do you have to "chug" it down?

Just blend it a little longer so the oats get ground up really well. You don't have to chug it. Just keep "swirling" your shaker to prevent the oats from settling on the bottum. Trust me...it goes down much easier this way.

Do you mean blend it dry into a powder? No...I just add it to my shake in the blender. But, if you're going on the road, that might not be a bad idea.

doesn't the blender blow alot of air into the liquid ...and it makes it hard to poor into a shaker cup without overflowing?

If it's too much to fit in your shaker, then you know not to use so much liquid next time. And if it is too big for your shaker, drink the rest straight from the blender!
