Plane Pull

I am looking to pull one of the helicopters that i work on, but I just need to work out some of the logistics. I am think I am gonna order the harness from ironmind, unless some of yall know of something that works better. Also, what kind of rope should I use to connect to the harness, and what kind should I use for my hands? It isn't that heavy, but I just think that it would be frickin, awesome. Any help would be great.

Ironmind or APT harnesses are both good, APT is less money and just as good, we used both of them at my contest. We hooked them up with a tow strap to the semi. You could use some chain if you have that also.
