I think he was making fun of them...kinda reminded me of you Linden Yard guys (and Gags). :T:

:LOL: I saw that before but still died laughing because yes it's an act but working at the gym I see soooo many guys that are exactly like that .
That's what makes it funny.

I went to law school with that guy. Except he shaves his head.

The guy I know, after he found out I do strongman, challenged me to a deadlift contest. Not right then, you see, because he doesn't regularly do deadlift. He needed 2 or 3 weeks to get ready. I told him to take, 4 weeks or 5....or 6 months - just let me know. He came over to my house a few times after that, and every time I asked if he was ready (a couple of times I even had the bar set up and ready to go) but he begged off every time for one reason or another. After my wife called him out (she's not a bad deadlifter herself) he stopped bringing it up altogether. :LOL:

I did manage to get a free lunch out of him once. He said he could out-OHP me, and that there's no way I could possibly do a seated military with more than 225. I stopped at 245 and we went to Subway. :mag:

Thats so funny...growing up where I did we had these kids all over the place.Especially funny was at the gym were they really tried to show everyone up.

I specifically remember one kid trying to do BTN military presses w/ 225 (avg. 180lb kid)and maybe getn the bar just about 3" from the top of his head on every rep.Then telln his friend " I usually go behind my head but I don't wanta messup my hair" Hhahhahhaha good times.....
