Last night on the biggest loser

Happened to watch that show last night. The reality show 'the biggest loser' anyway they had them do some events very much like strongman. Pulling a big tire sled, and a farmers walk type of event with a large square beam for distance.

I thought that was interesting. Shows how the strongman culture is penetrating into popular culture.

I've always kind of liked that show, it inspires me even though I never have had the problems those people do with their weight.

just look at cross-fit, they do some SM stuff too.

pretty soon, your average gym weenie will be doing farmers, flipping tires, etc....then we will have to find something else odd to do :)

I saw that show. The best part was when they had to pull the planes to the finish line in order to read the notes from their loved ones. Terrible!

I never saw that episode but I always liked watching it.

The event last night was a frame carry... women had to carry 60% of their bodyweight, and men had to carry 75% of their bodyweight.
