Just seeing what people's thoughts are tonight...this event is really hard to make picks for in my opinion. Lots of fights could go either way....
Rich Franklin vs. Anderson Silva
I gotta take Silva on this one in the rematch. Franklin will come in with a much better gameplan, but if Marquardt couldn't out wrestle Silva, I don't see how Franklin can. Franklin's got great boxing, but Silva is so accurate with his strikes... Then again, Franklin has some real heavy hands. Both of these guys are smart, and good quality fighters/role models, so I don't care who wins.
Tim Sylvia vs. Brandon Vera
This one is real hard. I want Vera to win,, but if Sylvia goes back to his pre-belt fighting style, and uses his size and that jab to keep Vera outside, it could be a long night for Brandon. He's got more skill for sure, but that reach is hard to beat. Also, Sylvia is good enough TD defense that Brandon might not get a chance to use his great bjj, and the size difference makes clinch work hard. Still, I gotta take the less cocky of these two cocky bastards.
Eric Schafer Vs. Stephan Bonnar
I'll pick Bonnar for his comeback fight. Don't really care though
Alan Belcher Vs. Kalib Starnes
I think Starnes has the skills to take this.
Alvin Robinson Vs. Jorge Gurgel
I don't know much about Robinson, but I think hes a bjj fighter and in that case Gurgel is probably going to beat him on the ground. Gurgel doesn't seem to translate his jujitsu into a great mma game, but if this is a ground fight I say he wins.
Jason MacDonald Vs. Yushin Okami
Its ridiculous that this is on the undercard considering these guys are probably fighting fot the contender spot at MW. God the MW division sucks in the UFC. I'll take Okami by GNP.

A battle of ridiculous nicknames. The People's warrior vs the Meat Cleaver.
Demian Maia Vs. Ryan Jensen
Don't know, don't care
Matt Grice Vs. Jason Black
Black by better facial hair
