I would love to hear some of your favorite ways to prepare fish.
I eat alot of Talipia coated with a little Old Bay and Lemon Pepper Mrs. Dash. Bake for 10 minutes @ 375 and then broil for 3 minutes. Serve with some brown rice and a side salad

Vital Choice salmon or tuna right out of the can baby! man is it good, serious! I love their canned salmon mixed with mayo, green onion, cilantro, purple onion, chopped pickle and hotsauce. slop that on some bread and presto! you got a killer lunch box main course.
I BBQed some salmon yesterday. salt, pepper, onion and lemon on top. nothing fancy, but from Vital Choice the flavor is unbeatable.

I eat a can of Vital Choice Salmon on a bed of spinach salad w/Italian dressing... best Muscle Mom food in my kitchen. The Vital Choice salmon is so moist you don't need much mayo for a sandwich.
Grilled salmon fillets are outstanding with any number of marinades or toppings. Butter and garlic, marmelade, olive oil and onion, lemon and pepper. The list is endless.
The key: don't cook fish too long. As soon as it flakes, it's DONE! Don't forget to report your results in this thread ;)
