Bill loved full range flat benching, shrugs, and higher reps.

Bill generally trained bench twice per weer and squat/deadlift together twice per week. Day one he did heavy bench, then wide grip and narrow grip benches, then shoulders and triceps. Day two he did heavy squat, light deadlift, heavy shrugs, then back and biceps and legs. Day three he did light bench, then wide grip and narrow grip benches, then shoulders and triceps. Day four he did heavy deadlift, light squat, light shrugs, then back and biceps and legs. He took rest days when needed. The reps were no lower than 8, and as high as 40, but mostly 10-15, quite strange I agree. Only a few weeks before a Plifting meet would Bill cycle down to really heavy weights (e.g. 633x3 bench, 800x3 deadlift, 880x2 squat).
