Hey Kalle, good job on the yoke. Hey man, just a suggestion for you. I've been making pretty good strides in my yoke progress, maybe not fast, but definately stronger. Anyway, Nick and I were talking training the other day and we started talking yoke training, he was matter of fact about "pressing hard against the uprights. This keeps the yoke from swinging and obviously makes the run more stable. This is the only way I've ever done it, now I just have to keep at it and get faster. Hope this helps Kalle.
Do you have stones other than the 330 20" you made? I have the next 3 sizes down in my garage. I think they are around 115 175 and 240 ish. I'll have to check but I think they are straight Quikcrete using the 18" 16" and 14" molds. Not 100% sure on the molds, have to check w/ Mick.
Point is: if you want them, they are yours. Let me know.
