Looks like you are working hard at this!!
Just a point of advice, I would break up my work out a little more. DOing all those movements day after day does not work for "me". You might want to split it up some. If you are looking for a 2 day rotation some thing like this might work. day 1=chest shoulders day 2 legs back Or a 3 day day 1 legs day 2 chest shoulders day 3 back or a 4 day day 1 chest day 2 legs day 3 shoulders day 4 back Just some advice. Looks like you have plenty of drive!! You just might get more out of it by spliting it up. Have you done, or are you going to do a comps?

Dana, thanks for the advice. I use to train three days a week with a squat day a bench day and a deadlift day. About three months ago I started following sheiko training program. At first I thought the same thing, that I would quickley become over trained, but so far it hasn't happened. All of my raw numbers have gone up. In August I'm benching in a meet so I'll continue with the higher volume stuff with some events mixed in until then. After that I had planned on taking a small break from the higher volume. But I figure if it ain't broke don't fix it. As for contests, I've done some powerlifting and a few strongman contests, nothing too exciting. I don't plan on any strongman contests this year. Next year I plan on doing Grant Higa's Washington's Stongest Apple again. It was a lot of fun last year.

Ed, good to see you back on a board. Haven't seen you around much since Concord CA contest.
Strength levels look great. Getting nasty strong. Hey, when you bench press w/Fury--- you just get real mad at yourself to psych up or what?? I could use some fury on my lifts. ![]() keep it up Mark
