A couple stalks of celery chopped

Head of Broccolli Chopped

Half an Onion Chopped Fine

Garlic Powder

My room mate ate 5lbs of cottage cheese in 1:10. His biceps are the size of watermelons and he push presses our apartment routinely.

Seriously though try this out.

Cottage cheese, peanut butter, chocolate whey protein - maybe some cinnamon and splenda.

The cottage cheese story is real though.
