Good luck Doug, but you are not wining THAT battle.

I am completely extatic for this contest! I can not wait to get there and compete, this is my first invite! I do wish the weights were heavier but the heavier the loading gets the better off I am. I still need to get the thumbs up from the rest of the coaching staff here at the Tahoma gold middle school wrestling but given they are ok with it (and maybe even if they are not) I am in!

If you can not find enough people for the HW class or if any other reason may show up, I'd compete in both HW and LW. Infact, I'd like to do that just cause, if you dont mind.

HA! This is obviously the first contest of mine you will have attended. You MUST ENDURE Zackie...

Max 10" Log
Increase in 20lb increments. You will enter at the entry weight and press every 20lb round robin style until you fall out...

Consider the opening weights a "warm-up" I am expecting 320lbs+ out of you

LW Men
200

Car Deadlift Apparatuses are funny things. Mine is "freaking heavy" without anyting on it, ask people that have done it. When I have a snowmobile AND 4 wheeler loaded on it, you will KNOW you are lifting something heavy.
ATV/4 wheeler Deadlift For Reps
Side Handle
Weight TBD

5 Sandbag Carry and Load 35' each load to 48" platform
So, think about this, you are picking each bag up off the ground and running 35 ft, then running back to the next one after you load onto a relatively high platform. The last bag will be 240lbs. You will have carried sandbags 175' by the time you load the last one and will have ran another 175'...
LW Masters and Open
160, 180, 200, 220, 240

Power Stairs
Weight TBD
Guaranteed not to be too light, but plenty heavy.

Stone Series
By this time your posterior chain should be sufficiently fried. Guaranteed not everyone will get all these stones and this is a STACKED LW class!
LW Open LW Master Men
220, 240, 275, 300, 325
Oh Snap! I forgot to mention you have to carry the stones which are staggered from the platform!

Some guys you just know are going to be good. I could care less about any of our visiters current state of physical prowess. in order to be strong one must first be in possession of the proper constitution. You want to be strong? be like Patrick. No excuses. No limitations. get it done. work.

I will get the date to the boss (my wife) and see if we can swing it. I will let you know as soon as I can.

Thanks again for the invite.

Mark
I honestly hope you are able to make it, Mark. It would be an honor for me to be able to compete with/against you.

Jay,
Just curious what height do you anticipate the stairs to be for the powerstairs? And will it be three implements?

Hey Jay, are there any special rules or any rules against certain equipment during any of the events?

Good question! I hate getting bested by punks with a little extra cash to spend on a suit!
