I must say, exercises that do not give a bicep pump I'm fairly certain I will never do. I measured my biceps this morning, 29 inches cold.
Anyhow. The inclie DB and clise grip BB stuff I think is a great idea. I think the front squat advice is cool too. The behind the neck stuff I like also, never tried it myself. Overhead is going up again, just hit a 300lb push jerk. Ill try these out. |

Seriously though, biceps may not make you a better strongman, but haven't we all done a few sets, just to make them bigger?
