lol it was a strongman lift not a powerlifting lift...... honestly my power sucked so bad today i had a to cheat it up at the end...... I think on weekend my back is weaker because i sleep in so much on the weekends and is always sore/tight on sat/sundays.......

Chain Drags

300 each hand x 200 feet (almost blew chunks after this)

good workout, went kind of more on coniditioning workout due to my sore ass legs.... set a PR on farmers for 350 pounds which is cool. I wore my new nike free's(the Bo Jackson ones) and they are horrible for moving events..... so much cushion (they are very comfortable though)

Congrats on the farmers PR. I wish more comps had heavier farmers walks. Especially for the LW classes, it often comes down to a foot race rather than a test of strength. My philosophy - if everyone finished the event, it wasn't heavy enough.

i agree,but if you make the weights to heavy say in a gold levelshow it scares a lot of people away. I think thats why you dont see heavier weights being used in most contest
