warm-up - sled drag conans wheel 2px1, 4px1, 6px1, 7p (730?)x3, x3 and some. viking press 3px5, 4px1, 4 1/2p x 1, 5px2 Fat handle Farmers 155x100, 235x100 -1 drop, 285x50? - 1 drop x 2, 235x100??? carry/drag 240 stone / 250 keg / 4p tire sled - all 50ft x 3 sets. 3rd set was the death of me. it must have taken me 3-4 minutes. thanks guys for the extra somethin' in helping me push myself. i think thats all i did? everything is still kinda fuzzy after the last set.

tuesday morning i had a freak accident. i got out of bed too fast and everything got fuzzy. i woke up after hitting the wall head first. i hit the corner HARD. i ended up staying in the hospital overnight for concussion, compressed spine (neck), and blood work issues. im home now. soooo...training may be on hold until my head stops hurting and i can get up without getting dizzy. i was going to go for a max dead yesterday too

back in the saddle again! neck and head were up to par today
