I'm trying to do this:
http://www.leangains.com/2010/05/ear...-training.html 6 AM: 5-15 minutes pre-workout: 10 g BCAA. 6-7 AM: Training. 8 AM: 10 g BCAA. 10 AM: 10 g BCAA 12-1 PM: The "real" post-workout meal (largest meal of the day). Start of the 8 hour feeding-window. 8-9 PM: Last meal before the fast. However I am unable to find reasonably priced BCAAs. Even this: http://www.amazon.com/Scivation-Intr...1663037&sr=8-1 1125g/30g per day = 37.5 days, which is about $1.44/day. I'm pretty broke, though. I mean REALLY broke, so spending $400/year on supplements may not be an option. Does anyone have any sources for something cheap? I'd also like to not have to purchase more every month. If I could get a year's supply and pay a couple hundred bucks that would be ideal. Thank you in advance.
