Sick sick and sick. I've been having some sinus issues for the past 3 weeks which have slowed me down a little. That combined with my pinched nerve last week (could hardly walk on Thursday) made for some shaky lifting at best. Overhead 135 x 10 235 x 5 265 x 5 295 x 5 325 x 4...bar drifted far ahead on the 3rd rep 225 x 10 135 x 30 Close grip flat bench 135 x 10 225 x 10 245 x 10 265 x 10 285 x 10 Really liking these. Biceps (cable cross) 130 x 10 190 x 10 200 x 10 210 x 10 x 2 Shrugs 325 x 10 375 x 10 425 x 10 475 x 10 Skipped rack pulls just to rest my back.

1/23 and 1/30 were all normal weights and reps (overhead workout). Nothing too spectacular.
1/19 was the same as well, but I again tweaked my back on deads. Maybe just too much volume? Switching back to rack pulls and squats after this for a bit. 1/26/17 Set a PR on incline. 335 for 5 felt good so I hit 365 for 2 and 385 for a new PR single. I think I had 405 in me but I was fatigued after that.

2/2/17, 2/6/17 and 2/9/17 were all the same ol. Nothing new to report other than my god awful whatever I did to my back. Walking has been a challenge for the past few weeks but it feels like it's freeing up.

As is what seems to be my norm, I popped a rib out on my left side. Thinking that it happened on Monday and I made it outstandingly worse on Tuesday. An hour of icing and rolling and no lifting the rest of the week made it all better. Overhead 135 x 10 235 x 5 265 x 5 295 x 5 325 x 4...... 225 x 10 135 x 33 Overhead has felt off lately. I plan on using it this Thursday.

Feeling better after the Chiro appointment thankfully. Lower body has felt weak but I'm now finally able to work on it again.

After the stretches I was told to do I was feeling pretty good the next day.
