That is some insane volume on the log, damn. Vipering 230 that many times sounds brutal. Stone for height looks good as well, just did that today myself. Looking good all around Mike.

I talked to another marunde member before my workout today and gauranteed a big day on squats. I'd like to say i came through pretty decent on my promise.

Back Squats- No belt, No wraps
135x10
225x10
315x10
365x20 PR this was really easy i had at least 385 if not 405 in me. It was all really fast with no break between each rep.

Front Squats
225x6
315x6 really easy my legs were feeling pretty heavy so i didnt want to go higher than this.

Overhead Squats
185x6
225x2
starting to get the form down on these my balance kinda sucks a little bit i should be putting decent numbers together soon.

Had a light shoulder day today. I went pretty heavy on log saturday and i have a big bench day planned for this week. My BW is up to 245 dry in the morning.

Seated Military
225x12 this was too light
245x12
275x8
Kinda disappointed with the last set but these sets were done with about 30 seconds of rest in between so my shoulders were a little tired by the end.

Seated DB Press- hammer grip
100x8
100x12 got my head out of my ass on this one and banged them out

Barbell Front raises
Barx30
Barx30

Barbell Shrugs
495x20 this was too easy
585x20 did 12 took a breath did 8 more

Those are some ridiculous numbers on the military press. Hitting 275 x 8 and 315 x 3 at 245-250 lbs bodyweight... Are you going all the way down to your collarbone or stopping around your chin?

If you can take a video of the next time that you plan to go heavy on those I am sure that a lot of people on here would really like to see that. There are not many people who can seated overhead press that kind of weight.
