depends on the size of the banana but most are closer to 30 than 51......

trust me on this and dont worry about sugar content from fruits..... its not an issue, your body processes it much better than grains and the added fat to the meal brings the GI of the food down.....

James, you're a smart guy, but your diet plan does not look like something I'd even attempt. Aside from that, I think their is almost too much involvement in it. Right now, zoning is working fine for me.
