Competitors will pay NO ENTRY FEE and I have your hotel room payed for at the Marriott Courtyard in Meridian, ID. You will need to make sure that your NAS card is up to date. Contest is at the Marriott in three combined banquet rooms. We are pre-selling 500 tickets. We are raising money/food for the Idaho Food Bank Warehouse and for overseas missions. Competition will start at 9a.m. and go until approx. 4p.m. Events are: Max 10" Log Increase in 20lb increments. You will enter at the entry weight and press every 20lb round robin style until you fall out... Women 110 LW Men 200 LW Masters 200 HW Men 240 HW Masters 240 ATV/4 wheeler Deadlift For Reps Side Handle Weight TBD 5 Sandbag Carry and Load 35' each load to 48" platform HW Women 120, 140, 140, 160, 180 LW Masters and Open 160, 180, 200, 220, 240 HW Masters and Open 200, 220, 240, 260, 280 Power Stairs Weight TBD Stone Series Women 120, 170, 170, 200, 220 LW Open LW Master Men 220, 240, 275, 300, 325 HW Open and HW Masters Men 240, 275, 300, 325, 360 Updates will come periodically, and nothing is written in stone, this is strongman...
