This video includes all of the LWs that competed at the 2009 Tennssee Terror. It was by far the best display of overhead pressing by a lightweight group that I have ever seen.

Kent Smith and Scott Helms both former 200 lbs competitors and they both smoked the 300 log.

It looked like a few of the guys had a bit more in the tank on their lifts. Odom did a great job of fighting for that 340 after a shaky clean.

Scott weighs about 220-225 now.

When he competed in the 200 class he had to work way to hard to make 200, and his body just really didn't want to weigh that little. He has improved quite a bit since gaining 20 pounds.

Helms was looking real strong at the contest. The press looked way easy for him and he's still waaaay fast at 220. Extremely fast farmers and stones.
