190lbs Axle Bench 83x10 125x5 155x5 175x5 215x3x4 215x5 Split Jerks from Rack, never done split jerks before, never jerked from a rack before. 155x5 175x5 195x5 215x4 missed 5th Besides my other excuses above I haven't done any jerks in awhile. Pullups bwx8 +20lbsx10 log grip blast strap rear delt flies bwx10x3 1 leg get up 5 each leg alternating some grip stuff, and shoulder prehab stuff Good bench workout, lee and dan went on to reverse bands after their straight bench sets for some impressive sets. Lee also hit a 20lb pr on straight bar overhead. I have to get my overhead up! Clean is way higher then my jerk and I'm planning on cleaning 300 by years end if not 315. |
