2x10 (I'm not sure of the amount of assistance. The first set I tried to use a band to assist it didn't work well, the second set was on a machine but I'm not sure where I had it set)

Maybe, Don is putting on a small meet at the gym in mid december, so I will be doing it. Assuming I can get the time off work I will probably come up for you guy's meet even if I just bench. Is there an entry form up someplace yet?
